Miscarriage and MVA

Any thoughts or experience on this would be much appreciated.

After having blood tests back and forth and two internal scans I’ve been told that I have miscarried and have the option of medical management or an MVA. I have chosen MVA as I don’t want to put myself or my family through the process of medical.

The MVA is offered without sedation, just local anaesthetic so I’m naturally concerned about being vividly aware of everything and any pain. I gave birth to my daughter with just gas and air so hoping if I can do that then I can do this?

Long story short, has anybody sadly been through this same situation and can share how they found it?
