Did I miscarry?

HELP! I am very anxious. I had my period 04/25 normal cycle I did cramp but nothing unusual and on 05/08 I started bleeding again and today I had the biggest blood clots. I had a telemedicine and they told me it could be s chemical pregnancy miscarriage and I am very concerned on what to do I don’t feel dizzy or light headed. Background info I am not on any BC periods are always normal and I’ve had unprotected sex around my ovulation window. Please help me! I don’t know what to do.
