Lazy B-I-L

My husband is an entrepreneur and he needs employees desperately. His brother "part-time" when asked to work 1-2 days a week always declines, his excuse is, he's too busy with studying. All the while he's constantly at my in-laws just hanging out a whole afternoon. My husband doesn't want to cause drama or rift so he says whatever, he's spoiled and hopes that will change once his brother finishes school. First off, not only is he lazy and unmotivated but he hopes to have a partnership in the business in the near future.

I had a discussion with my husband that first off, if he can't handle being a boss and telling his employees what to do because they are family, then he shouldn't deal with family and not give his lazy brother hope for a future. If he isn't willing to work now that will never change. My husband said it gets him really angry discussing this, but I think he knows I'm right. His brother gets monthly payment in advance, so of course he isn't motivated to work. I'm angry at my husband for making such poor decision and isn't willing to make changes for the business.
