27 weeks and pressure

Called nurses line today because I’ve had intense pressure and some Braxton Hicks contractions since last night sporadically. Lower back pain anddddd after peeing for the billionth time realized I can fit a finger tip into my cervix (got out of there real fast after discovering that!)

Nurse said because I’m not bleeding or having contractions she’s not overtly concerned, but that if it would bring me peace of mind to go get checked out at triage to go after resting for awhile with feet up.

What would you do?
