My mom showed me text messages on my brothers phone

If you really want to know the whole story just look up I punched my friend in the face for fucking my brother. Short version, my 26 year old friend laughed about having sex with my 15 year old brother and I punched her in the face.

My mom has been handling the situation and police are involved but no she is not in jail at the moment. My mom took my brothers phone away after she found out but my mom called me today because she said she found a burner phone in my brother's room. You know those cheap flip phones that drug dealers use so it can't be traced back to them. I go and read the text on the burner phone. My brother had told her he has a drug dealer phone so they can text and she was was going off on him in the text messages saying he ruined her, and now she could go to jail. He was saying he was sorry and he loved her and he never meant to get her in trouble.

Okay... Her saying he ruined her life makes no sense for 2 reasons. 1. She was the adult in the situation and decided to have sex with someone who had just barely turned 15. She ruined her own life, and 2. No one would have known if she didn't get tipsy and tell me HERSELF! So how any of this is his fault is beyond me.

But he was telling her he loves her and she's his first girlfriend and he doesn't want to lose her. She was saying they were never girlfriend and boyfriend to begin with. She was just there to make him a man. It was a lot of him saying that he doesn't want her to leave and he's depressed and if she leaves he will have no one and he feels everyone is already disappointed in him.(Not true. I'm disappointed in her not him). She pretty much said well sucks to suck. Idc about your depression and stuff like that and if he wants to kill himself she's not gonna stop him. Well... I told my mom I'm putting plan C into action, but my mom said we aren't doing a plan C that's for an extreme occasion only. Plan C is a plan we made it there was for ever a reason one of us HAD to kill someone. But my mom said I can't afford an assault charge and my brother needs his sister. So... I'm guessing I'm keeping plan C in my pocket for now... But on the bright side we have more evidence against her. I know it maybe seem bad that my mom went through his stuff but this is such an extreme situation that we can't afford privacy rn. I want to go beat her face in, but my mom is right ...
