Would you be able to feel if a tampon was stuck inside of you?

I put a tampon in on Friday because I was out and about and it felt like my period was coming on..my period started yesterday and I have no recognition of me taking my tampon on Friday. I’ve fell been around since yesterday and I can’t feel anything. I’m going to the doctor on Friday since it’s messing with my mind.

Omg this happened to me twice, I could not for the life of me remember if I put it in or not. I didn't see the string but I couldn't remember. Each time it wasn't in there, I never put one in. 
If you feel up there I'm guessing you'd feel it, at least the string if anything.

Nope always I had one stuck, didn’t know I had one in, until it started smelling, it wasn’t until 4 days of smelling I put my finger up there to check and it was right by my cervix tucked side ways
