Bug help🙅🏻‍♀️

I’m doing my weekly cleaning and I look up and this guy decides to be present on the wall. Any idea what he is? I’m currently freaking out pretty bad that I have some horrible infestation, but can’t find anything on google. I’ve tried comparing to bedbugs and cockroaches, but he doesn’t look anything like the photos that come up. Unless there’s a type of roach here that google isn’t bringing up.

Could it be just a beetle and I’m freaking out for nothing? Or is this a bug I should worry about?
