Dog is bleeding?

I’m not even sure if this is allowed on here or what group to post this but my dog gave birth 8 weeks ago and she’s still bleeding she’s bleeding heavier then what she was when she would go into heat but she’s eating and playing just fine. What should I do? Should I wait until she starts acting different to take her to the vet. I don’t have lots of money for her vet bill but I’ll take her if I have too

Update: She has an appointment tomorrow to get checked out thank you for all your help :)

Update: I took her to the vet and they I had to take her to an emergency vet to get surgery that day or the next day we didn’t have time to take her 1 hour away the emergency vet closed in an hour we waited all day at the vet just for him to tell us he couldn’t do anything so we took her home and she didn’t make it through the night I’m so furious as too why him being a VET he couldn’t atleast give her fluids to keep her hydrated. He pretty much said it was out of his reach.
