My mom is mad because I didn’t ask her to watch my LO when I go back to work

I have to go back to work full time and my LO will be doing 2 days daycare and 3 days rotating with my in-laws and sister in law, at least until I can get her in daycare full time. I told my mom and she is upset that I didn’t ask her to watch my daughter, the reason being she is very unreliable and late to everything. Also she lives over an hour away so not like I can drop my child off to her on the way to work. Seems she has always been jealous of my mother in law, who does live closer to us and is more convenient to just drop the baby off in the morning on the way to work with my in laws. Anyone else relate to this? I hate he tension now with me and my mom every time I see her. Note: the full year and half before this when I was working from home, she had an open invitation to visit anytime she wanted but she only came to visit maybe once a week for like 3 hours...so she had opportunity to spend with us and I feel she didn’t take advantage of it when it was there.
