Gender reveal and mil comment

Yesterday we had gender reveal-second boy.I have gender disappointment at the moment(honestly my husband to we were hoping for a girl)but baby will be loved and we are happy everything looks good.

And when we reveal it is boy my mil made comment in context that is better that is boy.And my neighbor said she likes boys more and her daughter is also pregnant with second baby boy.I told my husband that he just shakes his head.Honestly I was speechless about that comment.I’m not comfortable leaving her anymore with my kids.And my mil also have daughter.

Edit: not to keep her away from kids but just not to babysit.I’m sahm so there is no need for that.And just that comment is disgusting for me so what if I had girl how would she treat my daughter if I leave them both with her.?
