bleeding after birth

i had my baby a week ago and i’ve experienced little to no bleeding, is that normal?

i was told you’re suppose to bleed a lot after you give birth but so far i’ve only had maybe a few drops on the pad since day one. my period was always super heavy (drip down my leg heavy, going through pads every hour type thing) so i don’t know if this is heavy to some people ?

i feel like this means something is wrong and i’m not getting out what needs to come out
