Questioning period panties

I have a very heavy flow to the point I have to wear at least two pads a super absorbent tampon and I still fear leaking so ladies what type of period panties do your recommend or suggest me to use any tips to will be incredibly helpful

I just got 5 pair of these and they are comfy and prevent leaks. They can be used alone or with other products like tampons, cups or pads. I tried them on a lighter day with no pad and was fine. I have to try them as a backup for cup, however I am confident that I won't be making any unplanned messes.

I've never tried the panties but of you are that heavy you might be better off with cloth. I have found in general cloth pads are more absorbent then disposable. My cramps actually went away when I switched too. I like the jersey athletic ones  cozyfolkinnovations on Etsy
You should definitely try out a cup too. Total game changer. I like mine from MeLuna
