Spotting through entire pregnancy

Has anyone else had spotting throughout their pregnancy due to sensitive cervix? My dr. Doesn’t seem concerned but it’s hard not to have anxiety when you wipe and see pink here and there. Anyone else? Success Stories? Going through same thing?
