Weight loss exercise

This post is a log of sorts for me to keep up with my exercises. I have started Chloe Ting 3 weeks weight loss challenge today.

Day 1: Finished 2 videos, 2 and a half sets from each video. Feeling nauseous and sweaty😵😵😵

Finished third video. Did 2 and a half set.

Day 2: Arm workout. Did half of both videos. Knees are super sore.

Day 3: Arms are sore from previous day. Full body workout today. Did all except squats. Knees are okay today.

Day 4:rest day.

Day 5: abs + full body + hiit workout. Completed all 3. Except a few plank exercises.

Day 6: Completed all 3 videos. Lasted 20 seconds for plank variation

Day 7:Rest day. Skipped

Day8: Completed all 3 without additional pause.

Day 9: Needed extra pause. Could do lunge variations 2 to 3 times.

Day 10: 2 videos today. 2 extra pause needed

Day 11: Rest day. Skipped.

Day 12: Two extra pauses. Lots of plank variations today- had a hard time with them.

Day 13: Two videos. Two pauses. Completed plank hold for 30 sec.
