Work out advice
I’m trying to get toned but don’t want to do weights every single day but definitely want to do them a few times a week. I enjoy cardio so I want to incorporate that into my workout (as of right now the only workout I do is walking) I own an elliptical so I wanna do that a few days a week in the days I don’t do the weights. Any suggestions on how many days a week I should do what? I’m looking to tone my mid section and get a nice booty
