can’t stay hard??

my bf is 20 and has no issues getting hard or turned on but whenever we’re having sex and change positions or even in the middle he’ll lose his erection and have to masterbate to get hard again (this also happens when i give him head too). i really dont say anything about it bc its really not a big deal he’s able to finish and stuff but i feel like it’s not normal and can be a mood killer.
