Infected belly button piercing

it’s been 9 months since I got it! A greenish liquid came out of the bump today. I’ve tried everything and it’s tiring. Currently haven’t been doing anything to it to see if that would make it go away. Also yes I have the normal belly button jewelry but my piercer told me the ring would give it more room to heal. The most recent thing I’ve done for a while is the sea salt in warm water. It doesn’t feel as bad as it looks and my piercer said it doesn’t look like it’s rejecting. I used to have tissue coming out of it a long time ago but that went away. Any suggestions? I rlly don’t wanna take it out and have a scar:(
