Breastfeeding/weaning mamas! Need advice!

So my baby is 15 months now, she’s EBF, and I found that lately she’s been extra attached to my boob as I’m tryna wean or limit her daily feedings to just bedtime, but she just wants boobs! She won’t eat her food, I try spoon feed her and she refuses, she won’t even touch or look at her food and it worries me because she just wants the booby, won’t even drink a cup of water or milk.. I’m tryna wean her because I have these huge lumps in my armpits (excessive breast tissue/migrated tissue from extra fat) and I can’t get them removed til I stop breastfeeding and you can imagine my discomfort, I literally live in tshirts, in this hot weather.. I can’t even wear a bathing suit or tanktop or dress or tighter girly shirts (I wear their dads oversized tshirts mostly) and I’m having trouble weaning, she cried and screams and refused food and other drinks, am I a bad mom for saying no to her? Do I just continue what I’m doing? It’s been 2 weeks. Help!
