Could this be RSV?

This morning my baby woke up congested a little and I went to suck her nose but nothing came out. She’s had a bit of a phlegmy cough throughout the day and whenever she’s down for a nap she sounds a little raspy. She doesnt have a fever or anything and she was pretty happy all day today and acting like herself. We haven’t really gone anywhere recently since Father’s Day (but while I was at my FILs house my baby was held by a good bit of people, all family) I don’t let people kiss her but I swear there’s always one or two who do it anyways. And my niece let my baby chew on her fingers. I told her to stop and she did. I just get really anxious about my baby getting sick since she’s not even 4 months old yet. I did call the dr and they just said to use a humidifier and suck her nose out.
