Bump down there

So i have a bump down there on my skin outerlip towards hip bone that hurts. It probably hurts because i picked at it thinking it was a sweat pimple so i tried to pop it. I think its either a razor bump, ingrown hair or bug bite from having sex outside. I recently got a std test and everything came back negative so i know that its not a std. Its hard to see in picture but it not as bad as it looks it just because i tried popping it. any thoughts on what it could be and how do i get rid of it? Or what to do because i want to reshave and i dont want to irritate it.
