Anxiety about marriage

I want him to propose. 14 months in I know he sees me as his forever person but he wants to complete somethings before he does. Such as complete the purchase of his house.

I'm 31 now and he 34. I always envisioned being married with kids awhile ago but I hadn't met him! Plus neither of us want to have children out of wedlock.Whenever I think about my biological clock it does get me anxious about when all of this will happen for us. I don't want to start too late in life.

I have communicated this to him but I try not to bring it up alot because I don't want to apply pressure on him. I know his friends etc have been pushing him because they know I'm one not to lose. But I still go with his flow. Sometimes he will say non stop he wants us to be married and can't wait for it all. Then when I say okay let's go ring shopping he gets all coy.

It's almost as if I can hear my biological clock ticking away
