Cradle cap and heat rash

Question

Any experience with cradle cap or heat rash? Any recommendations for things that worked with your baby will be helpful. My little had some heat rash and now cradle cap and I’m not sure what to do. Pediatrician say it will go away eventually but just wondering if anyone dealt with some like that before or have any recommendations for what worked for them. Thanks

For cradle cap, we used a gentle baby lotion and brushed their hair to get it to the scalp. Eventually it cleared up but just be patient with it. My MIL tried to pick it off and made our baby's head bleed from pulling it off. Just make sure to bathe them well, apply lotion 2x a day and brush it in if they have hair, if they're bald then just rub it in like you would the rest of their body. Good luck 🤗
