What are these??

I woke up the other morning with these two red dots. I have no idea what they are. Any ideas??

They could be spider bites or bed bug bites. So you might want to get somebody to come out there and look at everything. Cuz if it's bed bugs you're going to be fighting hell to get rid of them. They can survive. We actually had to have them come out heat our house up to 120 degrees. didn't actually work it got them out of one room but they went to the next room. So we ended up having to buy a steamer a lot of lavender and look up other chemicals we could spray that actually help to get rid of them but it took 6 months. were steaming everything in the house. We even got rid of a lot of stuff. Got rid of a couch and a chair because they were laying eggs in them. We got rid of one of the beds because it was infected to the point that even steamy it wasn't working because they were just going dormant. then we did an entire lavender spray every other day. After 6 months of steaming everything getting rid of stuff we got rid of them . we haven't had them since 6 years ago. washed all our clothes and  bed sheets for months almost every other day.
