14 year girlfriend

Hi, me and my boyfriend have been together for almost 14 years and he still hasn’t proposed. I haven’t really pushed the topic yet and he definitely seems like he really wants to pop the question but our finances haven’t always been in order but I feel like we’re in a good place now so what’s the problem? We also have a 9 year old daughter and we have been dating since our freshmen year of high school so it’s been a long time coming 🤷🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️
