We can’t decide

I have a child from a previous relationship and I’m currently dating another guy. He doesn’t want children and I’m almost sure I only want the one. But some days he will say he want a child but when the time is right. Well I’m 30 he is 35 and I’m like I don’t want anymore after I’m 31. My current child is 2, him and my child get alone so good like amazing. The problem is one day he will want one the next he don’t or he want to wait. I want to tie my tubes if we not having any but we can’t decide 100%. I’m not going get them tie then undone nope. I really don’t know what to do. Some days he will be like I’m not ready for my own child, but then he play with my kid and does things like put her toys together and stuff. Then he will say I can’t wait till we have one. 🤷‍♀️
