I’m so confused..

3 days ago I had a faint positive. Pink, came up within 2-3 minutes. I didn’t even use morning urine, just afternoon. Next day, bfn. Next day, bfn. Next day, bfn. Please someone tell me what happened.. when I got the positive I was anywhere between 7-9dpo. Im so confused… I had family double check that the line was visible and also pink so I know I wasn’t dreaming things. Feeling very discouraged. 😕
