Baby mittens

Does anyone else have a baby who likes to scratch his face? Or is that all babies? I mean lord I didn’t put mittens on him for one day because I didn’t have any to match his outfit.

Worst decision.. as he’s waking up he’ll rub his face and in the process scratch the hell outta himself then start crying. A couple of days later I noticed few cut marks and I’m so annoyed lol. How long does this phase last ?

Okay so I stopped using the mittens and started trimming/filing his nails! It gives me anxiety seeing him accidentally scratch his face but I’ll get over it lol. Thank you for all the advice! ❤️
