Yeast All the Time 😭😭

Girls I’ve been having yeast infections so often lately I’m going crazy!! A few years ago I started getting it here and there. But this past year I’ve been getting yeast infections every single month. It’s driving me insane there’s always this cottage cheese type of discharge. Anyone know what to do to stop this from happening ?! I’m married so I only have 1 partner. I’ve tried it all, unscented soaps, not eating sweets, wearing lose clothes, not douching, drinking probiotics.. EVERYTHING!
