How to help congngested nose in newborn?

My 12 day old baby is really congested. I tried everything. Saline drops and frida sucker, rubber bulb thingy. Hot bath to loosen up mucus. What else can I do?

You can try: 
- Humidifier in the room
- Eucalyptus essential oil (in the bath or diffuser)
- Vicks (I *think* this is ok for a baby that young but double check the label or speak to your doc)
If you haven’t already called the pediatrician, you should. They may have other suggestions.
