light pink 3 weeks after mc & d&c

so i had a mc about 4 weeks ago a week later i went in for a d&c due to my body trying to go into labor and having really bad contractions ended up wanting to get close to my bf about 3/4 days later since i stopped bleeding we did the deed multiple times no protection an he finished in me on multiple separate occasions but now it’s about 3 weeks since my d&c and i still have yet to get a period i’ve been getting negative tests (hcg) but last night i had a very light pink spotting and today it’s completely gone.. could i be pregnant again? or is this aunt flow making her appearance? has anyone gone through anything similar?? sorry tmi with the photo
