4 weeks and gush of fluid

I’m 4 weeks along and I just felt a small gush of fluid. It looks like water on my my underwear- maybe a tablespoon. Is this normal? Seems more like water than like discharge- is it normal to have discharge like that this early on or is this a bad sign? I don’t think my discharge has ever been this watery and I don’t remember this with my first. It couldn’t be amniotic fluid, right? Because I don’t think there would be as much as a tablespoon this early on. What do you ladies think?
