Fitbit testing heart rate??

Question

My Fitbit tracks my heart rate all night. I was reading a small article about what your graph “should” look like...but mine doesn’t look anything close. Can y’all post pictures of your night graph, please?? I’ve got anxiety about it, and may call a cardiologist on Monday 😫

That doesn’t necessarily mean anything is wrong. Like the other comment said, as long as your heart rate is in a normal range you’re ok. Also, lost people have symptoms when there is something wrong with their head. 
Also bear in mind fitbits aren’t perfect. If it isn’t positioned correctly in your sleep it won’t read right.

As long as your resting heart rate stays between 60 and 100, you should be fine. However, my heart rate stays low and sometimes drops to 52 at night. My husband's stays higher and around 80 at resting sometimes.
I would say watch it for the next week and understand what your normal rate is. Everyone is different, but if it's all over the place or out of normal resting range (60-100), then I would call the cardiologist.
