Insecticides and pregnancy?

Someone please help ease my mind!! My office just had Orkin come spray for ants and spiders and of course I made sure they guy knew I was pregnant and asked if it was safe. He said it’s very safe and there will be no problems. Of course I googled it and read the worst possible things, especially because I’m only 7 weeks. Someone please ease my mind that everything will be ok!! Unfortunately I couldn’t leave and had to be around it for around 3 hours (they sprayed inside the building by our desks).
