Do I need to call her doctor?

My daughter is almost 4 months old and her GI doctor put her on Similac alimentum about 6 weeks ago for a milk allergy. Well for the last week and a half she has been using the bathroom like 3-4 times a day. Runny green or yellow with mucus. Down below I've put 2 pictures. The first one was 2 days ago and the 2nd one she just pooped a few minutes ago. So for she pooped 4 times and she woke up currently at 2am wanting a bottle and I fed her then she pooped it. that makes 5 times. So she's starting to poop at night now. So basically I think almost Everytime I feed her she poops. Do I need to call her GI doctor when they open? I'm getting concerned because she was only pooping once every 2 days but now it's like 5 times including night time. But she's done great on this formula other then this poop situation starting to happen.
