Pre teen advice...!!!

Hi everyone I have a 13 daughter who just talks back to me and be disrespectful to me all behind the chores around the house. I don't like it at all even more so she sits there and tell mom how to be a mom meaning "a mom is not supposed to yell at their kids" or "make them do chore" other words she tries to make it like she is the mother and I don't like that but what is worst on top of this is that my husband doesn't help me out or saying to her like " you shouldn't talk to your mom that way" or something like that but yeah any advice
