Sleep training

Ive been trying to transition my 10 month old into his crib but it doesn’t matter what I do he won’t even lay down for half a second in the crib and I’m honestly out of ideas I set up a bedtime routine for him I’ve tried feeding him until he was drowsy and putting him in the crib, and I’ve tried feeding him until he was completely dead asleep and putting him in his crib and either way he gets right up and cries. Ive even tried sitting on the floor next to the crib and comforting him and nothing has worked.
