normal spotting at 8 weeks?

sorry for the tmi pic but hard to explain what kind of spotting i’m having without it.

i found out pretty early we were pregnant at like 4 weeks and i am now 8 weeks and still haven’t had my first appointment but have had pink/brown spotting on and off for the last 4 weeks since finding out and have had cramping accompanying. some days nothing, some days what is pictured.

usually pink and watery when i wipe with weird tissue like mini clots in the bottom of the toilet bowl but recently turned thicker and brown when i wipe with darker pinkish little tissue clots.

trying to make an appointment to make sure everything is alright but wanted to know if anyone else had this and their outcomes
