Should i go to the emergency vet??

I have a barely four year old, indoor cat. She is my baby and I’d do anything for her! A few months back, she was diagnosed by our local vet with feline dandruff. He prescribed a shampoo which I’ve been using to control her flare ups.

She’s having a particularly bad one:( and when i went to look through her fur before her bath, i noticed these scabs (bumps)?? Underneath the skin. I’ve heard dandruff in cats can cause this due to excess scratching.

The local vet isn’t accepting anyone right now, so i wanted to get opinions if i should find an emergency vet instead. Here are a few pictures before her bath.
