Follicles VS cyst
Can anyone tell me what the difference is between finding follicles on the overy VS finding cyst?? Asking because my ultrasound results came in and my uterus and both of my overies “appear normal” the only think is I have 3 follicles on the left overy non on the right ?? And I was told it could be PCOS ( also missed 2 periods on a row HELP ??
