Yeast infection??? Help!!

NOTE: I’m 16 and a virgin. Also haven’t seen my boyfriend in 2 weeks. Currently at day 21 of my 32ish day cycle (so I’m pretty sure I’m ovulating)

Okay so for the past week and a bit I’ve noticed redness around my vulva and between the lips of my vagina. I thought it would go away on it’s own and it kind of did (it was getting better in the sense that the redness was going away) and then this morning I went to wipe after I peed and it was quite sore near the bottom of the opening of my vagina. I checked in the mirror and the redness is back! Yesterday I had an abnormal amount of discharge (it felt like I was on my period) and the discharge wasn’t gooey normal egg white. It was just... water? It felt like water was coming out of my vagina nothing else. Yesterday I wiped after peeing and there was this white cottage cheese like discharge but that didn’t worry me because I was 99% sure it was the egg leaving my body. And it was only this one kinda strand that’s why I’m confused on whether I have a yeast infection because if I did I thought the cottage cheese discharge would’ve happened the whole week? Not once yesterday. I’m also more confused because this morning my discharge was the normal eggwhite stuff again but the redness/irritation had come back.

Do I have a yeast infection? Or am I having a reaction to a soap I’m using in the shower? OR am I having a reaction to my own discharge? Help!!
