Question please help ladies

Okay so im 5 days past ovulation and yesterday i thought i was starting to get a bladder infection so i called the doctor and she sent for a pee test. She called me later on in the day to tell me i did not have anything wrong and askes me when my last period was so i filled her in and explained my cycle since i been trying to have a baby. She told i had small traces of blood in my urine since my period isnt due for 10 more days that she thinks im having implantion bleeding and wants to send me for blood test next friday has this ever happened to anyone i though implantion

bleeding happens 6- 12 days after you ovulated i work in the hospital and the lab tech did a urine test too i figure its too early for it show up yet. It was neg.
