Help! Advice needed

Hey I need some advice from anyone that has any knowledge about custody when choosing a child’s religion. 

I’m in the process of a huge custody battle right now we are trying to mediate our issues. I want to baptize my baby which is only three months old. My ex is very controlling and he doesn’t like the Catholic Church. But he sent me a message saying that he wants to pick the location of the Catholic Church and he wants to pick the godparents. I have been a practicing Catholic at my church for 35 years. He is not a practicing Catholic or goes to any church himself what exactly is going to happen here.
