What meat do you the most if you are GD patient?

I almost passed out after taking the 3hr glucose. I walked to the market and had a big sweat and almost faint. Thank God I was with my husband. I was feeling okay when I left the clinic until in the grocery store. Btw, what kind of meat did you eat the most when you were diagnosed with GD?

I didn’t and haven’t changed what meat I eat with gestational diabetes. I didn’t need to change much of my diet, I just have to keep my per meal total carb count to around 45 grams, which is actually a fairly normal serving

Any meat is good. It’s all high protein
