I want to stop shaving my under arms due to medical issues but I am afraid my bf will think I’m gross

I have a lot of issues with the skin under my arms. I often get painful cysts and blisters from shaving. I have had staff infections under my arm pits from rasor burn so many times. I had to get my armpit cut open and drained beacause of a cyst at an urgent care (they barely numbed the area). It was the most excruciating pain I have ever experienced in my life. I could see the muscle under my skin because I was cut so deep and I have two huge scars now. The skin under my armpits is so hyper sensitive that shaving is really uncomfortable. I do not shave with a regular rasor anymore because I get bumps and cysts every single time so I trim instead with a men’s rasor. It is much better than the other kind of rasor but is still irritating to my skin. I know that society thinks that girls with under arm hair are discusting or unhygenic so not shaving makes me feel like people will judge me and think I am dirty. If I stop shaving my under arms I will just cover up my body so no one will see the hair but I am worried about what my bf will say. I recall him saying that he thought body hair was gross on women once so I am scared that he will think I am ugly if I do not shave. Are all guys discusted by girls with underarm hair? I can cover up around other people but I can’t really cover up around my bf because we have sex.
