Question about toddler in daycare
Hello moms, do you have a toddler in daycare? I have a 13 month old who recently was transferred from infant to toddler class at his daycare. When he was in infant class we brought his bottles and milk from home. Then when we transferred to toddler they were not giving him the milk we brought from home. They didn’t say anything though until today when my husband picked up my son and all his milk in his 3 sippy cups were full. They told my husband they give him whole milk provided by daycare instead, and they only give it to him once during the day so about 6oz. We also packed his daily yogurt and they also don’t give that to him either. My question is, is this a normal thing once your child is in toddler class? His Pedetrician told us that he should still get about 18-24 oz of milk a day until he’s 2. He spends half of his day at the day care and they’re only giving him 6oz. Aren’t they supposed to give him more and also give him the yogurt too if that’s what we want them to feed our son? Thanks in advance for all your answers and advice !
