WHY TF DO THEY ALL HAVE THE SAME SYMPTOMS

Anyone else just fucking fed up with the fact that birth control, PMS, and pregnancy cause the exact same symptoms?? And then your mind and body just start fucking with you? 😂

I started birth control pills a few months ago and have been really good about taking them consistently. Had sex a few times and one time he came inside me, two weeks that after I’m spotting super light pink and PANICKING because… is my period about to start?? Is it the pills?? I better not be pregnant… what is ittt? (Ended up getting actual period two days later after spotting for five days).

And there’s NO way to differentiate.

Ugh.
