Yeast infection help???

So last Friday i found out i had a yeast infection my GYN prescribed me dilfucan and i already had a topical cream from before she said the dilfucan is a one time dose and to repeat it in 3 days so i took one that friday then i took one on Monday i felt relief yesterday but now i just woke up and im itching and still have discharge i don't understand i was feeling fine yesterday but now it's worse is there something else i could take because i don't think the dilfucan is working.
