Spit making me vomit - Advice ?

Any advice for spit making you puke? I’m puking up just sour spit. Any help out there? I’m so desperate for some relief.

If it’s way sour/orangish it might be stomach bile which isn’t super concerning on its own, but that means your stomach is empty since you normally throw up everything you ate/drank first. 
Definitely call your dr about meds, they help a ton and mine didn’t make me come in for just the meds, also if you can sip on water/ginger ale and eat a little bit here and there that will likely help too

I had this. I was put on Zofran to help. I also chewed gum constantly to try to help. Some people spit but spitting made me gag. It’s super hard I’m sorry you’re going through that 😩
