Mom guilt with other kids?

Question

I have a toddler who I usually spend a lot of energy and activities with, but lately my morning sickness has me staying on the couch unable to move much. I can tell my toddler is upset because he wants to play with me, but I just don’t have the energy or stomach to chase him or play with him. He’s very energetic, and I can’t help him. 
Does anyone else have similar problems? How are you dealing with it?

We’ve been watching more movies than I’d care for. But my girl wants to be with me all the time so she seems happy on the couch snuggling with me. I keep telling myself this is temporary and I’ll get back to a better routine soon. 
I also lay on the floor and do blocks, picnics, and tea parties (with fake food blocks and empty tea cups). Sometimes I can get away with being on the couch for a tea party and asking my daughter for “more sugar for my tea” so she’ll run across the room for sugar. Then I’ll ask for a slice of lemon… we go on for a while but she runs back and forth to her tea set and then back to me. She gets energy out. I get to be still. Win win. 
I’m sure you’re doing great momma. You have to take care of yourself and at the end of the day, your kiddo is fed, safe, and loved regardless of how much you were able to keep up with him. I hope you’re feeling back to yourself before you know it.

With my 3 yr old I’ve been doing a lot of cars, dinosaurs and building blocks on the edge of the couch or while laying on the floor him.

I’ve been trying play dough, kinetic sand and more activities that I can set there while he plays and supervise.
