So I just told them I could do heavy lifting but they still make me sweep, Mop, takeout trash throw out pans of food and clean the drains on the floor what are something I should not be doing while working ? Need tips & advice

I also have a SCH I’m not suppose to even be working but I can’t stop working I need the money I need to pay bills and can’t afford to just stop working
